I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be adding new classes to my schedule! Starting Monday, September 10th, 2018, I’ll be teaching a 7 am class at the Norfolk YMCA. This class will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The class will start with slower yin poses as we wake up the body and build into some warmer yang poses to get us ready for our day.
