Yoga is for everyBODY! This class is designed for every yogi at any level. Beginners will feel comfortable as poses are explained thoroughly and long time yoga practitioners are given the option to go into more advanced versions of the pose. As with most yoga classes, All Levels Yoga will incorporate pranayama (breathing), asana (poses), savasana (relaxation), and typically pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), and sometimes meditation.
